For more than 40 years, Stafford Falcons FC has been giving young people across Stafford the opportunity to play football, make friends and become part of something special.
Founded in 1984, generations of players have pulled on the Falcons shirt, supported by dedicated coaches, volunteers and families who have given their time to keep grassroots football thriving.
The club has grown and evolved over the years, but the heart of Stafford Falcons remains the same: creating a welcoming environment where players can develop, enjoy their football and build friendships that can last a lifetime.
Today, Stafford Falcons FC continues to grow. From the Stafford Falcons Development Centre, through our boys' and girls' teams and into youth football, we're working to create opportunities for every player to find their place within our club.
And while we're proud of where we've come from, we're even more excited about where we're going.

From a child's first experience at the Stafford Falcons Development Centre, through boys' and girls' football and into our older age groups, we want every player and family to feel part of the same Falcons journey.

Our ambition is to continue growing the club, strengthening the pathway from the Stafford Falcons Development Centre through our boys' and girls' teams, supporting our coaches and volunteers, and creating an even stronger football community.
At the heart of that long-term vision is our ambition to create a permanent home for Stafford Falcons FC — a place where football, families and the wider community can come together.
