Behind every successful football club is a team of dedicated people working tirelessly off the pitch to ensure everything runs smoothly. At Stafford Falcons Football Club, we are fortunate to have a group of committed individuals who give their time and expertise to support the club’s players, coaches, and wider community.

 

Chairman – Mike Barnard
As Chairman, Mike provides leadership and direction for the entire club. He oversees decision-making, sets out our long-term vision, and ensures that the Falcons continue to grow both on and off the field. Mike’s passion for grassroots football and his steady guidance have been vital in building the strong and welcoming culture that our club is known for today.

 

Club Secretary – Richard Baxter
Richard is the engine room of our operations. As Club Secretary, he takes on the responsibility of handling administration, correspondence, and ensuring the Falcons remain compliant with league and FA requirements. From registering players to coordinating fixtures, Richard’s attention to detail and hard work keep everything running behind the scenes.

 

Club Development Officer – Simon Purchase
Simon plays a vital role in planning for the future of the Falcons. His work focuses on growing the club, expanding opportunities for players, and developing new initiatives that strengthen our ties with the local community. Simon’s vision and forward-thinking approach are helping to create more pathways for participation, ensuring that the Falcons continue to thrive for years to come.

 

Welfare & Support – Jemma Applewhite
Jemma is at the heart of player welfare and support within the club. She ensures that the Falcons provide a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for everyone. Whether it’s safeguarding responsibilities, supporting players and parents, or helping to maintain our club values, Jemma’s dedication ensures that the wellbeing of our members always comes first.


Treasurer - Keith Lander
Keith, our football club treasurer, is the steady hand that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. While the players focus on the game and the coaches on strategy, Keith makes sure the club’s finances are in order, from balancing budgets and tracking expenses to  ensuring every pound is accounted for. Beyond the numbers, Keith’s dedication shows his genuine love for the club.
