Stafford Falcons Football Club is fully committed to upholding The FA’s standards and responsibilities across every area of the game.

The club complies with all FA Club Rules, ensuring strong governance, transparent administration, and safe playing environments. Through the adoption of The FA’s Safeguarding Children Policies, the club prioritises player welfare by maintaining trained Welfare Officers, DBS-checked volunteers, and clear safeguarding procedures.

The Falcons embrace The FA’s Equality Policy, providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all, while also following the Grassroots Code of Conduct to promote respect, enjoyment, and positive behaviour on and off the pitch. In line with the Football Leadership Diversity Code, the club is committed to fair recruitment, representation, and equal opportunities across leadership and coaching roles.
